Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations for customer convenience. However, you must contact us before your order is shipped.
If you request a cancellation after the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for the outbound shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
There is no cancellation fee.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items:

Opened items

Items returned 8 days or more after delivery

Items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer’s possession
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item arrives, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
Due to anti money laundering regulations, we cannot issue refunds to a different payment method. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we will issue a bank transfer only to a Japanese bank account, and only when the account holder name matches the name of the person who placed the order. Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If the bank account information provided by the customer is incorrect and the transfer cannot be completed, the customer will also be responsible for the reprocessing fee.
Refunds to credit cards will be processed promptly, but depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear. Most card issuers process refunds within 3 business days. For details, please contact your card issuer.
