A: Yes, a separate shipping fee of JPY 350 applies.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes about 5 to 7 days after you receive the “Shipping Complete” notification. For details, please check the Japan Post website.

Q: I still haven’t received my order.
A: Orders placed on weekends may take longer because there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. If you have not received your order about 10 days after the “Shipping Complete” notification, please contact us.

Q: Will the goshuin include a date?
A: Yes, we will write the application date.

Q: Can I receive the gold lettered goshuin by mail?
A: Yes. For applications placed on a Day of the Dragon, the goshuin will be written in gold.

Q: Can you write directly in my goshuincho?
A: No. Special goshuin are provided as a separate sheet only.
