1. How to order
1. Select an item and choose the quantity.
2. Click "Apply by mail", confirm your selected item, then click "Proceed to enter mailing address".
3. Enter your email address, shipping address, and payment details, then click "Apply with the above information" to complete your order.
4. After your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically.
Note: No account registration is required.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Amazon Pay
- Convenience store payment (7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki)
- Mobile payments (PayPay, LinePay, Merpay)
- Bank transfer
Note: Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Fees and Delivery Methods
Shipping method: Standard mail (Japan Post).
Processing time: Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. After shipping, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days.
Note: If the delivery period includes weekends or holidays, delivery may take 7 to 10 days.
International shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.
4. Delivery Schedule
Delivery date and time: We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We do not accept returns unless the item is defective.
Defective items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send a replacement item.
6. Cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
